Hijab Care:
Hand Wash Recommended: We recommend hand washing ultrafine voal hijabs with cold or low-temperature water. Avoid washing with hot water to prevent damage to the voal fibers.
Use Gentle Detergent: Use a mild detergent or one specifically designed for delicate fabrics. Avoid using bleach or detergents containing harsh chemicals.
Do Not Soak Too Long: Avoid soaking the hijab for too long in soapy water or other cleaning agents to prevent discoloration or material damage.
Dry Carefully: Dry the hijab in a shaded area or inside out to avoid direct sunlight exposure, which can cause colors to fade or the material to become rough.
Iron at Low Temperature: If you need to iron, do so at a low temperature. Make sure to iron the hijab from the reverse side or use a pressing cloth to protect the voal material.

We only accept return claims for defective items.
Return claims are accepted only if you provide an UNBOXING VIDEO (a video from when the package was still neatly wrapped).
Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept claims for any reason, as all products are quality-checked before shipping.
The maximum period for reporting damage is 1 x 24 hours after the item arrives at its destination (according to the tracking receipt).
Items approved for return must be shipped back a maximum of 2 days after the report.
