Return claims are accepted if you provide an UNBOXING VIDEO (a video from when the package was still neatly wrapped).

Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept claims for any reason, as all products are quality-checked before shipping.

The maximum period for reporting damage is 1 x 24 hours after the item arrives at its destination (according to the tracking receipt).

Items approved for return must be shipped back a maximum of 2 days after the report.
